The Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) is a leading organization when it comes to the resources we have available for our knowledgeable and growing gluten-free community. To continue to provide this community with information that is cutting edge and relevant to their needs, GIG is constantly developing new ways to share the work we are doing as it pertains to food and ingredient research. Here you will find copies of our published studies and links to forums, such as webinars and podcasts, that pertain to these study topics. You will also find editions of our “Food Safety First” newsletter which we send out to our industry community on a quarterly basis with news, updates, and opportunities.
