At this year’s Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, California, WholeFoods Magazine will be providing Expo guests with a feature about the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) and other programs of the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). Over the course of four days, WholeFoods Magazine will be providing their publication, along with this 16-page booklet with information about GFCO, to over 70,000 attendees.
